Retailer's description
Two candy canes arranged into a heart shape sit front and centre - the intarsia-style graphic is knitted directly into the fabric rather than printed on, giving it clean, defined edges. Classic crew neckline with ribbed cuffs and hem - the kind of finish that keeps its shape wash after wash. The body has a relaxed, slightly boxy cut that skims rather than clings, sitting just below the hip with a straight hem all the way round. Long sleeves with a gentle drop at the shoulder give it that effortless, thrown-on feel without looking oversized. 100% acrylic knit - lightweight enough to layer under a coat without adding bulk, and holds its shape through repeated wear. Christmas jumpers earn their place at the work party, the family gathering, the festive market - and this one pulls off the trick of looking intentional rather than novelty. The candy cane heart graphic is bold enough to do the talking without going full tinsel, which means it works as well on Christmas Eve drinks as it does on a sofa morning unwrapping presents. The model wears it with wide-leg blue jeans, which is the move - something relaxed on the bottom balances the boxy top half and keeps the whole look casual and considered. Swap the jeans for a plaid mini skirt and knee-high boots for a festive night out that still feels put-together. Tuck the front slightly into high-waisted trousers if you want a little more shape. It layers cleanly under a longline coat on colder days, with just the crew neck and cuffs peeking out - a neat way to carry the Christmas spirit without committing to it all day long. | boohoo Women's Candy Cane Heart Christmas Jumper in Black | Size: Medium | Polyurethane
